Nick Leatherwood – Water Purification Specialist
Nick has lived in California his entire life. In 2009, he worked part-time for a friend in the pool industry. By 2011, he was full-time and ventured out to grow his own pool route from 30 pools to 150 pools in 5 years. After selling his business, he became a route manager. Nick has his Certified Pool Operators License (CPO) and has passed the California State License Board (CSLB. C-61). Not only does Nick know water chemistry he also does repairs on all pool equipment, pumps, heaters, filters, automation, etc. Nick feels that it is the advanced water chemistry that he has studied that has set him apart from others. That is why he has loved working in the Reverse Osmosis filtration industry with swimming pools for the past six years! When Nick started in the pool trade, he didn’t think he would love it so much. In fact, he loves to attend educational seminars and learn from his peers what’s new and how he can apply things he’s learned in the field. “I truly feel blessed and beyond grateful to be able to do what I love every day.” Pool Water Recycling is lucky to have Nick!
‘The Puripool™ Process’
‘The Puripool™ Process” allows us to provide the solution to remove Calcium Hardness and Total Dissolved Solids from all swimming pools, residential or commercial. As pool water evaporates and time passes, your relaxing, inviting swimming pool becomes more work to maintain and the water becomes less sanitary.
In less than a day for most residential swimming pools, our mobile filtration unit will lower or remove the Total Dissolved Solids, Calcium, excess Stabilizer (Cyanuric Acid), Phosphates, Nitrates, Viruses, etc. We will give you back a clean, healthy pool; all while conserving nearly 85% of your existing water. Your pool will be as pure as if you had filled it with bottled drinking water!
Your family cannot get a better, safer, or cleaner pool any other way!
Water – A Limited Resource
Pool Water Recycling is proud to partner with you to conserve this increasingly limited resource. You will feel good knowing that you no longer have to watch your existing pool water go down the drain or worry while you drain the water and expose the finish of your pool.
Our self-contained units require nothing more from you than a garden hose to replace the small amount of water lost in the process. We will bring our own power and supplies, and in return, we will leave you with water far superior to a drain and refill; water that earlier in the day was old, tired, and unsanitary.
Congratulations; you just conserved 85% of that water, and provided your family with a clean, safe pool!
Why Now?
In the past, residential swimming pools have required a drain and refill every 2 years to maintain proper water balance and to protect plaster and equipment. Commercial pools can be even more frequent, due to greater usage and higher chemical levels required for sanitation. Exposing the plaster during a drain and refill can cause plaster damage and/or failure; an expensive repair! On other occasions, pools have “popped” out of the ground as the water is removed and the pool “floats”.
Why risk damage or waste your existing water when there is a better, safer solution that also allows you to be a good steward of water resources? Water conservation, no risk to your pool, and clean, safe water requiring fewer chemicals to maintain… It’s a win-win situation!
